The territorial identity of Yerevan resides in its constant views towards the Mount Ararat. We propose to echo this and recreate a new center and new focal point for the city of Yerevan. This project will be seen throughout the entire city as a block of stone carved naturally.

The building maximizes its height at 101m in order to be seen throughout the city as a new icon giving to the city an
international recgnition and therefore minimizing its footprint.
We wanted to integrate a mixed use program for the project. In addition to the hotel we decided to incorporate offi ces,
retail, luxury housing and areas dedicated to sport.
